I ordered from purehair.com and the delivery started off fine, but then the tracking just stopped updating for a few days. I had no idea where my parcel was, and it kind of felt like I was just another ticket number waiting in the system.
The package did show up eventually, just later than I expected. Everything inside was fine, so no complaints there, but the delivery side could definitely be more reliable. I’d give it 3 stars overall...

I ordered a few hair products from purehair.com, but when the package showed up, two things weren’t what I chose. One shade was completely off, and another item just wasn’t in there at all, so it kind of felt like whoever packed it wasn’t really checking the order.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and I still ended up doing most of the sorting out myself. It wasn’t a total disaster, but they definitely need to be more careful with getting orders right.

I had to reach out to purehair.com about my order, and the response took longer than I was expecting. They did get back to me and answer my question eventually, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but at first it felt a bit slow and not that helpful... I don’t know, just kind of average. Faster updates would’ve made it a lot better.

It’s decent hair stuff for what you pay. It’s not like it’s going to perform miracles or anything, but the price feels fair, so I can’t really complain

I was a little worried the shade would be even slightly off, but it actually matched my hair really well. I kept checking it in different lighting, especially near the window, and I couldn’t see any weird mismatch.
